Nicole and Shawn celebrated their wedding vows at the beautifully rustic Croad Vineyard in Paso Robles, California on a lovely Saturday in June. They were such a delightful couple to work with alongside their coordinator Sarah Angelique – who is always a blast to work with! 🙂
Nicole chose a floral palette with soft shades of blush and peach accented with dusty sage green foliages. She specifically asked that we use seasonal blooms in all of her floral designs. So we chose to use standard roses, spray roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, stock and the “ever-so-coveted” mock orange that is only available a few weeks out of the year…so yummy! Also, Nicole so had her heart set on having blush peonies in her own bouquet so we made sure that they were front and center to shine in all their glory. 😉 We finished the designs off with several varieties of eucalyptus.
The Croad Vineyard wedding ceremony area has an amazingly bold pergola that we draped with flowing fabric and added lush cascading floral arrangements at each side. Down the aisle we used small vases filled with flowers and greenery hanging from the corners of the chairs. We always suggest reusing these arrangements after the vows are complete and transferring them to the cocktail tables.
Then following the vows, as guests traveled over to the reception area, they were greeted by the beautiful sounds of the water feature at the center of all of the guest tables. Sarah gave us the go-ahead to decorate the water feature with florals and it was such a great focal point for everyone to enjoy throughout the event!
Thank you to the always delightful Allyson Magda for capturing these beautiful images of Nicole and Shawn’s day!
